Mark has spent the last 35 years in the flexible packaging business. Working closely with his father, Jack Williams, and the other talented managers at Deluxe, he has overseen sales and operations, the expansion into new markets and investments in new technologies and equipment. He became President and CEO in 1999. Mark graduated from Willamette University with a BA in Economics.

Tom joined Deluxe Packages in January 2006 as General Manager of the southern California operation. In 2008 Tom accepted the role VP & General Manager for all Deluxe Packages sales, technical and manufacturing. Tom came to Deluxe Packages from Alcan Corporation where he was the Director of Operations for the west coast, overseeing two flexible packaging plants. Tom has experience in sales, marketing, operations and P&L responsibility.

Tim joined Deluxe Packages in January 2002 as Controller. Tim came to Deluxe Packages from California Trucking Association where he was VP of Finance and administration. He also worked with Dexter Corporation where he held various financial positions. Tim has been instrumental in consolidating the financial activities at Deluxe Packages into one organization and was responsible for the new Enterprise Resource Planning system that went live in 2009.

James joined Deluxe Packages in October 2011 as Plant Manager. James came to Deluxe Packages from Bemis Packaging where he was in charge of manufacturing at their west coast operation. James has been in the flexible packaging industry for over 31 years, including working for Crown Zellerbach. His leadership experience as a Plant Manager and in various roles as a flexible packaging printing leader, continue to focus Deluxe Packages commitment to serving its customers with a consistently high quality product.

Stella joined Deluxe Packages in February 1984 as Scheduler in the Santa Fe Springs plant. Stella has held various positions at Deluxe Packages including CSR Rep, Planner, Purchasing and CSR Manager. Prior to joining Deluxe Packages, Stella was Customer Sales Service for Dixico Inc at their LA facility. Stella was instrumental in the consolidation of Customer Service, Planning and Scheduling into the Yuba City facility in 2009.

Steve joined Deluxe Packages in 1991 as Technical Manager at the Yuba City facility. Steve has been instrumental in the development of breathable packaging for the Fresh Cut Produce industry. Prior to joining Deluxe Packages Steve was the Production Manager for Printpak in Rhinelander Wi. Steve has been in the flexible packaging industry for 38 years and has held various positions in the product development and technical areas. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.
