A privately held corporation, founded by Jack Williams, Paperboard Packaging Corporation, acquired Deluxe Packages in February 1969. The company originally was located in South Gate, California.
Deluxe acquired Hobar Company in Redwood City in the early seventies and in 1981 the former Milprint plant in South San Francisco. These two facilities were combined into our new facility in Yuba City in 1991, where we continue to operate today.
The original plant expanded with the acquisition of Pacific Process Company and in 1982 moved to a new facility in Santa Fe Springs in Southern California.
